Crafting American-made premium grills for over 75 years, Fire Magic is dedicated to providing their customers with a quality outdoor cooking experience. The Limited Edition Echelon Black Diamond series combines a porcelain coated steel finish and satin stainless steel accents with the long lasting quality, performance and sleek modern styling of the Fire Magic Echelon Diamond series making it the ultimate in performance, beauty and innovation. It comes with a spring-assisted, double-walled tear-drop hood, a removable warming rack, a 12V electric hot surface ignition with flash tube back-up and a 12 inch deep firebox for complete convection cooking. The three main cast stainless steel E burners produce a total of 99,000 BTUs on the grilling surface, and the 16 gauge heavy-duty stainless steel cooking grids provide an ample 792 square inches of grilling area. This grill also features a 13,000 BTU stainless steel Quantum rotisserie burner with rotisserie kit, which heats up quicker than other rotisserie burners and is designed to direct heat only to the food and not the rest of the grill. The heat zone separators allow you to cook at different temperatures across the grilling surface, while the integrated premium digital thermometer lets you monitor the temperature of each cooking zone. Warranty
Fire Magic provides a lifetime warranty for cast stainless burners, stainless cooking grids and housings. Stainless flame tamers are warranted for five years, all other components (except ignition and electronic parts) for three years, ignition systems (except batteries) and electronic components (including lights & thermometers) for one year. A limited one year labor warranty covers repairs up to $95. In a multi-user setting (excluding commercial use) this grill is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the stainless grill housing, burners, cooking grates, brass valves, inner lines and manifold assemblies for five years, all other components (except batteries) are warranted for one year.
