A 26 inch gas oven that bakes pizza on a rotating stone, roasts on two racks and turns a vertical rotisserie.
This Blaze outdoor oven runs on three stainless tubular burners with 24,500 BTU combined. It holds steady anywhere from 270°F to 550°F, and the 17 inch ceramic pizza stone can reach 700°F for a crisp, blistered crust. Press a button and the stone turns 360 degrees, so the pie bakes evenly and you never have to open the door to spin it.
Pizza is only the start. The vertical rotisserie handles a whole chicken or a pork shoulder, with a drip pan underneath to catch the juices for roasting vegetables. Two racks give you space for sheet pans, bread and casseroles. A digital display shows the oven temperature, and the Bluetooth meat probes send internal temps right to the screen. Interior lights and a glass door let you check on the food without letting the heat out.
