The stainless steel jacket that lets the Blaze 26 inch outdoor oven go into a combustible island.
An outdoor oven gives off heat on every side, and that heat has to be kept away from wood framing and other combustible materials. This insulated jacket wraps the oven body and creates that barrier, so the oven can be built into your island safely.
You cut the island opening to fit the jacket, set the jacket in place, and the oven slides in. It is made from stainless steel to match the oven and hold up outdoors.
