This Blaze Waterfall outdoor kitchen from Big Ridge Outdoor Living pairs the Blaze LTE PRO 40 inch five burner gas grill with the Blaze LTE PRO 40 inch gas griddle, both with digital temperature displays and meat probes, for more than 1,500 square inches of combined cooking space. Double access doors, a door and triple drawer combo and a roll out trash drawer handle storage, and the island arrives fully finished, ready to bolt together on site.

Choose the look that fits your space. The sides come in five finishes: Tuscan Hearth natural stacked stone, a muted blend of gray, sage and taupe ledgestone; Sunkissed Dune natural stacked stone in warm sand, gold and honey tones; Drifted Cypress Artisan Plank, a weathered gray wood look plank; Warmed Acacia Artisan Plank, a warm, golden wood look plank; and Cindered Ash Artisan Plank, a deep charcoal black wood look plank. The countertop is Charred Onyx honed granite, a matte charcoal black with fine, subtle veining, or Frosted Ember polished granite, a bright white stone with fine dark flecks. The granite continues down both ends of the island in a clean waterfall edge, so the stone reads as one solid piece from every angle. Because granite is a natural stone, every slab has its own pattern and color variation, and natural stacked stone varies piece to piece, so no two islands look exactly alike. Artisan Plank is low maintenance and gives you the look of wood without staining or sealing.

The Blaze Equipment

• Blaze LTE PRO 40 inch 5 burner built in gas grill. Five cast stainless steel burners at 14,000 BTUs each plus a 10,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner deliver 80,000 BTUs across 897 square inches of cooking space (670 primary plus a 227 square inch warming rack). The digital display shows grill surface temperature and readings from two included meat probes. Solid 12mm hexagonal cast stainless grates and tri baffle flame tamers spread heat evenly, Push N' Turn flame thrower ignition lights it reliably, and the rotisserie kit is included. Automatic interior lighting, LED knob lights and a spring assisted hood with cushioned dampers finish the package.
• Blaze LTE PRO 40 inch built in gas griddle. 657 square inches of 304 stainless steel cooking surface over three U shaped burners at 15,000 BTUs each (45,000 BTUs total). Three internal thermocouples feed a digital display that shows the temperature of every zone, and three meat probes are included. A spring assist lid with cushioned dampers, a drop in drip trough with front pull out tray and flame thrower ignition make it easy to cook for a crowd.
• Blaze 40 inch double access doors. Soft close hinges and a built in paper towel holder, in 304 stainless steel.
• Blaze narrow roll out trash drawer. A 42 quart (about 10.5 gallon) bin on a 304 stainless steel roll out drawer keeps trash hidden but close at hand.
• Blaze 39 inch access door and triple drawer combo. Three drawers and a soft close door with ambient white LED drawer lighting, in 304 stainless steel.
• Blaze insulated jackets. Included for the grill and griddle for an added layer of heat protection.

How It Is Built

Under the finish, every Big Ridge island is built on a fully welded frame of 1 inch industrial triple galvanized steel tubing, sheathed in WonderBoard Lite cement board that is noncombustible and resists moisture, mold, mildew and pests. The island ships as finished modular panels that are easy to carry into a backyard or onto a deck. They bolt together with the included wrench, and integrated adjustable leveling feet make quick work of uneven patios. All required venting for each gas appliance, mounting hardware and assembly tools are included, so there is no masonry work, cutting or custom build timeline.
