Blaze 12 ft Outdoor Kitchen Island with 40" Grill, Griddle & Refrigerator

Overview

A 12 ft island with a Blaze LTE+ 40 inch grill and a Blaze LTE PRO 40 inch gas griddle side by side, plus a 20 inch outdoor refrigerator with a lock and a roll out trash drawer, built for feeding a crowd. It arrives fully finished, with natural stone, Forest Reserve plank or 2 inch slat sides and a natural granite countertop, in sections that bolt together easily. There is no masonry work to schedule.

Choose the look that fits your space. The sides come in natural stacked stone: Rustic Ash in rust, copper and slate tones, Sunkissed Dune in warm sand, gold and honey, Tuscan Hearth in a muted blend of gray, sage and taupe, and Alabaster in white and soft gray. Or choose Forest Reserve plank in Alpine Crest, Drifted Cypress, Warmed Acacia, Umbered Oak, Cindered Ash or Midnight Graphite, which gives you the look of wood with no staining or sealing. For a more modern line, choose 2 inch slats in Cindered Ash, Drifted Cypress, Warmed Acacia or Umbered Oak, running horizontally or vertically. The countertop is natural granite in Charred Onyx, a honed matte charcoal, or polished Tempest Gray, Frosted Ember or Palisade White. The Blaze Equipment

Blaze LTE+ 40 inch 5 burner gas grill. Five cast 304 stainless steel burners at 14,000 BTUs each put out 70,000 BTUs across 915 square inches of total cooking space, with a 10,000 BTU infrared rear burner for a rotisserie. Heavy 9mm triangular stainless cooking rods, flame stabilizing grids and heat zone separators let you sear on one side and cook gently on the other. Push and turn flame thrower ignition with flash tube backup lights each burner, interior grill lights and red LED knob lights help after dark, and the double lined hood has a hood assist so it opens and closes easily.

Blaze LTE PRO 40 inch gas griddle. Three stainless steel U shaped burners at 15,000 BTUs each heat a 657 square inch stainless steel plate, 8mm thick, with three heat zones, so eggs can cook low on one side while burgers sear on the other. Push and turn flame thrower ignition with flash tube backup starts it, the LED knobs glow red whenever the gas is on, and a spring assisted lid closes over the plate when you are done.

Blaze 20 inch outdoor refrigerator with lock. 4.3 cubic feet of outdoor rated cold storage, room for up to 111 cans, behind a locking stainless steel door. A digital controller holds 34 to 50°F, and it vents from the front so it builds neatly into the island.

Blaze 40 inch double access doors. 304 stainless steel doors under the grill open wide to the propane tank and covers, and a paper towel holder is built into the right door.

Blaze 39 inch access door and triple drawer combo. A full size 304 stainless steel access door beside three drawers on heavy duty slides, right under the griddle, so spatulas, scrapers, oils and seasonings stay where you use them.

Blaze narrow roll out trash drawer. A removable 42 quart bin on a 304 stainless steel roll out drawer keeps trash hidden but close to where you cook.

How It Is Built

Under the finish, every Big Ridge island is built on a fully welded frame of 1 inch triple galvanized steel tubing, sheathed in WonderBoard Lite cement board that is noncombustible and resists moisture, mold, mildew and pests. We build and finish it at our shop in Athens, Tennessee, and it ships as finished sections that are easy to carry into a backyard or onto a deck. The sections bolt together with the included wrench and hardware, and adjustable leveling feet take up small dips in the patio. Gas venting for the grill and griddle, mounting hardware and assembly tools are included, so there is no cutting or custom building on site.

• The Blaze LTE+ 40 inch grill comes standard, with an infrared rear burner and grill lights. Upgrade to the Blaze LTE PRO 40 inch (add $990) when you order for 12mm hexagonal cast stainless grates, a digital control panel with two meat probes and a spring assisted hood
• The stainless door refrigerator comes standard; choose a 20 inch glass door beverage cooler with lock instead (add $100)
• Blaze insulated jackets for the grill and griddle come standard, so every side finish, stone, Forest Reserve plank or 2 inch slat, works with no add on
