Choosing a Built-In Griddle
Most built-in griddles here are 30 inches wide, and the Blaze LTE PRO stretches to 40 inches for bigger crowds. Gas models run on propane or natural gas, and Evo also makes electric flat tops for covered patios and indoor kitchens.
Check the cutout size before you order, and plan on an insulated jacket if your island has a wood frame or other combustible materials. Many cooks set a griddle right next to a built-in grill so they can sear on the grates and cook on the flat top at the same time. For pots and pans, add one of our side burners.
