What To Expect
- Delivery is curb side, and will arrive via freight carrier
- Liftgates will be provided to easily lower your outdoor kitchen from the truck

- Our panels can easily be carried to the build location without special equipment, 2 people or a cart is best as some panels will be somewhat bulky / heavy

- Constructed of durable fully welded 1” industrial triple galvanized steel tube for the harshest environments

- Overall Island Dimensions for Frame Only: 115-1/2" Long x 26-1/2" Deep x 36” High
- Overall Island Dimensions for Frame With Cement Board Added (1/2" Cement Board) Only: 116-1/2" Long x 27-1/2" Deep x 36” High
- Why do these dimensions differ from the description? We developed this island to be approximately 120" when all finish materials are included. Example: 3/4" thick stone adds 1-1/2" to the length and width, and a 1" granite overhang adds 2" more to length and with (1-1/2" + 2" + 116-1/2" = 120”)
