How the Design Ready RTF System Works

Design Ready is the Big Ridge ready to finish (RTF) system. Each kitchen is built at the factory on a fully welded galvanized steel frame, wrapped in cement board, and cut and vented for its appliances. It arrives as a complete structure without the final exterior, so you, your mason or your contractor can apply stone veneer, brick, stucco, tile or another finish that matches your home. You get the speed of a prefab outdoor kitchen with the custom look of a masonry build.

Warranty: The Big Ridge frame and cabinets carry our 20 Year Limited Warranty. Appliances and other components made by other brands are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty.

When marked Ships in 3 to 5 Business Days, your kitchen is already built and leaves our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days.

All other kitchens leave our warehouse in 7 to 10 business days.

Custom orders have longer lead times, which your designer will confirm at order time.

However, please note that freight carriers operate independently, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times.
