Ordering & What to Expect: Determine your layout using our design tool or request free design assistance, select modules and options, place your order online (or by phone/email), then we’ll confirm details and provide 2D/3D drawings for review and approval prior to production. Typical production lead times are 2–3 weeks, with delivery typically 2–5 days depending on location. Delivery is curbside via freight carrier with liftgate service; an adult (18+) must be present to receive and inspect the shipment.

If availability shows "Made to order in…", the outdoor kitchen is built to order and lead times will be specified.

Custom orders have longer lead times, which your designer will confirm at order time.

Everything Big Ridge builds is covered by our 20 Year Limited Warranty for home use, and 3 years for commercial or shared use. That includes frames, cabinets, modules and enclosures.
