Fire Table Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. Big Ridge Outdoor Living, 1221 N Jackson St, Athens, TN 37303 ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor, its affiliates and agencies, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, outside the United States and where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period. The Big Ridge Fire Table Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins at 7:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on November 2, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on January 31, 2027 ("Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for the Giveaway.
4. How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, visit bigridgeoutdoorkitchens.com and complete the entry form shown in the site popup or at bigridgeoutdoorkitchens.com/pages/giveaway with a valid email address. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Additional entries, entries made by script or other automated means, and entries using multiple or disposable email addresses are void. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Sponsor. You may unsubscribe at any time, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry. Every entrant receives a 10% off promo code; using it is optional and has no effect on the odds of winning.
5. Prize. One (1) prize: one (1) Big Ridge fire table with gray stacked stone sides, a black granite top and a stainless steel linear burner with fire glass, approximately 60 in long x 23 in wide x 23 in high, set up for natural gas or liquid propane at the winner's choice, with curbside delivery to the winner's address in the 48 contiguous states. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $3,999. Installation, site preparation, fuel, permits and any other costs not listed are the winner's responsibility. Patio photos are styled for illustration; the prize is the fire table described in these Official Rules. Any difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded. No cash alternative, substitution or transfer, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Drawing. On February 3, 2027, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding.
8. Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of the drawing and must reply within seven (7) days of notification, then sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release (where lawful) and an IRS Form W-9. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, is ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn at random from the remaining eligible entries.
9. Taxes. The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize.
10. General Conditions. Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects its integrity, and may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
11. Release. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or from the acceptance, possession or use of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or for technical malfunctions.
12. Publicity. Except where prohibited, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use the winner's first name, city, state and likeness for promotion without further compensation.
13. Privacy. Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
15. Winner's Name. For the winner's first name and state, email Customerservice@bigridgeoutdoorkitchens.com with the subject Fire Table Giveaway Winner by March 31, 2027.
16. Platforms. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google or YouTube.
