What to expect

- Typical production lead times are between 2 and 3 weeks
- Typical delivery times are between 2 and 5 days depending on your location
- Delivery is curb side, and will arrive via freight carrier
- Liftgates are required and will be provided ($75 liftgate fee applies collected at time of shipping) to easily lower your outdoor kitchen from the truck
- Someone at least 18 years old must be present to accept the shipment and ensure it is in good condition
- Our panels can easily be carried to the build location without special equipment, 2 people or a cart is best as some can be somewhat bulky / heavy

- Once assembled, you are ready to apply your own finish materials. If you opted for us to do the finish for you, you are ready to grill!
