This Blaze Waterfall outdoor kitchen from Big Ridge Outdoor Living is built around the Blaze Premium 32" gas grill, with a door and drawer combo for tools and a roll out trash drawer that keeps cleanup out of sight. It arrives fully finished and bolts together on site, so you can go from delivery to first cookout without hiring a mason. The island works with any Blaze 32" grill, so you can also choose the BCM, Premium LTE+ or LTE PRO.
Choose the look that fits your space. The sides come in five finishes: Tuscan Hearth natural stacked stone, a muted blend of gray, sage and taupe ledgestone; Sunkissed Dune natural stacked stone in warm sand, gold and honey tones; Drifted Cypress Artisan Plank, a weathered gray wood look plank; Warmed Acacia Artisan Plank, a warm, golden wood look plank; and Cindered Ash Artisan Plank, a deep charcoal black wood look plank. The countertop is Charred Onyx honed granite, a matte charcoal black with fine, subtle veining, or Frosted Ember polished granite, a bright white stone with fine dark flecks. The granite continues down both ends of the island in a clean waterfall edge, so the stone reads as one solid piece from every angle. Because granite is a natural stone, every slab has its own pattern and color variation, and natural stacked stone varies piece to piece, so no two islands look exactly alike. Artisan Plank is low maintenance and gives you the look of wood without staining or sealing.
The Blaze Equipment
- Blaze Premium 32" built in gas grill. Four cast 304 stainless steel burners at 14,000 BTUs each, plus a 10,000 BTU rear infrared rotisserie burner, for 66,000 BTUs across 715 square inches of total cooking space, room for about 18 burgers. Heavy 9mm triangular stainless steel rods hold heat for bold sear marks, flame stabilizing grids spread heat evenly, and removable heat zone separators let you cook hot and cool side by side. Push N' Turn flame thrower ignition with flash tube backup, interior grill lights, LED knob lights that glow red when the gas is on and a double lined hood with lift assist make it easy to use day or night.
- Blaze 32 inch access door and double drawer combo. A soft close door and two drawers on heavy duty slides, with ambient white LED drawer lighting that runs on batteries, all in 304 stainless steel.
- Blaze narrow roll out trash drawer. A 42 quart (about 10.5 gallon) bin on a 304 stainless steel roll out drawer keeps trash hidden but close at hand.
- Blaze insulated jacket. Included for the grill for an added layer of heat protection.
How It Is Built
Under the finish, every Big Ridge island is built on a fully welded frame of 1 inch industrial triple galvanized steel tubing, sheathed in WonderBoard Lite cement board that is noncombustible and resists moisture, mold, mildew and pests. The island ships as finished modular panels that are easy to carry into a backyard or onto a deck. They bolt together with the included wrench, and integrated adjustable leveling feet make quick work of uneven patios. All required venting for each gas appliance, mounting hardware and assembly tools are included, so there is no masonry work, cutting or custom build timeline.

Will a 6 ft island fit my patio?
The island measures 72 inches wide by 31 inches deep, so it fits most patios, decks and pool areas. Leave room for safe clearance around the grill as described in the Blaze installation manual.
How long does assembly take?
The island ships as finished panels that bolt together with the included wrench. Most customers finish assembly in 30 to 60 minutes plus 30 to 45 minutes to unpack, and two people are recommended.
What warranty comes with it?
Big Ridge covers the frame and cabinets with a 20 year limited warranty for residential use (3 years for commercial or shared use). The Blaze appliances carry Blaze's own warranties, including lifetime coverage on the main burners and body of the grill and lifetime coverage on the access doors and drawers. Register Blaze appliances within 30 days of purchase.
What are the countertops made of?
Each countertop is cut from a hand selected natural granite slab. Charred Onyx has a honed, matte finish and Frosted Ember is polished, and both carry a waterfall edge down each end of the island. Because granite is natural stone, every slab has its own veining and color variation.
How long will it take to arrive?
This island leaves our warehouse in 3 to 5 business days. Shipping time is additional: about 2 days to nearby states such as Florida, Ohio and North Carolina, and up to 5 days or more to farther locations such as California and Oregon.
You will receive tracking and receiving instructions within 24 hours of shipment. Freight carriers operate independently, so please don’t schedule contractors or utility work until your outdoor kitchen is on site.
