The pro-series line by WPPO LLC combines authentic wood fired cooking with the ease and control of the digital innovations. The oven comes in 3 different sizes, 28”, 40” and 48”. The convection fan helps with circulation and will reignite the flame to create a well-balanced fire to cook with. You can monitor air and deck temperature with the digital thermostat.
